How does Spring work?

No vouchers, coupons, punch cards or additional cards. By enrolling your credit/debit card with Spring, you unlock a marketplace of automatic cash back rewards. Spend with your enrolled card at your favorite Spring merchants and earn cash directly back to your credit/debit card. Rewards won't appear on your receipt nor will they be deducted from your bill total. Your party may only redeem one incentive or reward per day at Spring businesses and they cannot be combined with any other offers. Each individual using the Spring platform may only have one registered account. It takes a few days for the cash to be credited back to your account.

By achieving a spend threshold at a merchant, you’ll receive a cash back credit to your account activated after your next visit. The advance sale will still be valid for the original cash purchase price, which never expires.

Do you work with all credit cards everywhere?

We currently work with Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Spring Rewards does not work with Discover and certain AMEX Corporate cards cannot be registered with Spring. Additionally, debit cards must be swiped and signed for as a credit card -- PIN debit transactions are not supported by Spring. In the event we can’t work with a particular card at a particular merchant, we’ll put a notice in the Offer Details & Restrictions. Spring also doesn't yet work with cards that aren't issued by banks based in the U.S. or paid in U.S. dollars

My Offers and Rewards

Why didn’t I get my cash back reward?

Why do I get charged the full amount when trying to redeem my Advance Sale Offer?

Yes. Cash back rewards can not be spread out over multiple visits. Cash back rewards must be used on one visit AND you must spend AT LEAST the cash back amount to earn it all. For example, if you have a $20 cash back credit and spend $22, you’ll earn your $20.

Unfortunately, no. We can only track your progress AFTER you’ve joined a Rewards program. We can not retroactively apply credits or balances.

We will never charge your debit or credit card without your permission, such as your deciding to purchase a Advance Sale Offer from us.

When I redeem an offer, how long does it take to get my credit?

This can depend on the merchant or offer type, but usually within 2 - 4 days. See How Credits Work for more details.
